Financial Management(FM) is a very broad topic in our workshop we focus on the five following elements namely

• Budgeting and forcasting - teaching the basic principle of creating a budget and a forcast. Tracking actual performance against the budget. Using the budget as part of strategic planning and goal setting
• Cost Analysis - teaching the essence of cost analysis and its importance in the determination of selling price, mark up and gross profit margin. So, to ensure your pricing is competitive i.e, no over or undercharging of goods and services.
• Sales Analysis - analysing sales to identiy trends, business perforance (growth, regrssion or stagnation) and product perfomance.
• Cash management - importance of having a policy for cash management, credit sales, supplier payment and petty cash. Learn how to prepare cashflow forecast
• Financial Reporting - assist entrepreneurs to understand commonly used business and accounting terms to enable them to easily understand and interpret financial reports especially the annual financial statement.
